Our Services
Treating infants with nursing/lactation and nasal breathing concerns. Children and adults with speech impairments and malocclusions.
Our work centers around concerns related to Tethered Oral Tissues (TOTs). These tissues are called frena and when they are short or thick they can limit the movement of the lips, cheek, and tongue. TOTs can include lip-ties and tongue-ties.

A tongue-tie can be the hidden reason behind nursing difficulties in babies, feeding problems in toddlers, speech issues in children, and even headaches or neck pain in adults.
Laser frenectomies (also known as laser frenulectomy, laser frenotomy, laser lip-tie or tongue-tie release) use a state-of-the-art dental laser, with which we easily release ties in a 10-15 second precise, quick, and sedation-free procedure usually with minimal to no bleeding.

Children may be born with a combination of conditions called a tongue-tie and/or lip-tie. These attachments can cause restrictions in movement, resulting in difficulty with breastfeeding. These concerns can generally be improved by a simple release done with a soft tissue laser.
A lip-tie is a condition where the upper lip is restricted and cannot move normally. It can cause difficulty with nursing, make it harder to brush the top teeth, and can also lead to a gap in the teeth.
